We sell through our dealers and direct through our website.

I am concerned about buying such an expensive item over the internet without physically seeing it first, how can I resolve this concern?

We have a 3 year warranty with a 20 day return policy to give you peace of mind. Product must be returned in new condition and processing fees apply. You can visit us at our factory in San Diego, CA for a demo, or visit one of our demo events. View our DEMO page for more details.

How do I know I am getting the right size?

Review the specifications section under the BIKES page to determine what size frame, seat, and bars aligns with your size and make your selection.  If you still want some assistance give us a call at 858 704-2456 to speak to customer service.

How do I apply for a sponsorship?

Send us an email to info@eminentcycles.com.  Be sure to include:

• Introduction: where you are from, your history in the sport, affiliations, short and long term goals and what you are seeking from you sponsorship
• For racing sponsorships: Racing Resume and results (three years history)
• Current year racing agenda
• For social media/influencer sponsorships: All social media sites/handles/audiences
• List of current sponsors
• Note - it's great if you do both racing and social media too!
