Receipt & Notifications

The Receipt and status notifications will be delivered throughout the order process to ensure you have all the latest information about the your purchase

• Assembly complete/shipping info (includes tracking information)

Build & Delivery Timing

Eminent Cycles does its best to complete your bike build within 2 weeks plus shipping time, but if a delay should occur, we will notify you and discuss available options.

Shipment & Delivery

Your bike shipment is charged at a flat rate. It is shipped with the requirement that a signature be provided upon delivery unless otherwise requested. If no signature is requested, you the customer are responsible for accepting and receiving the delivery.

Right of Withdrawal:

If the purchaser decides to cancel the order prior to shipment, the purchaser may receive a full refund upon request.

Inspection Responsibility:

Upon receiving the bicycle, please review the bike for any damage or any errors in the build configuration and notify Eminent Cycles of any discrepancies within 20 days of the bike delivery.

Return Policy:

If you are unhappy with your purchase at the time the bike is delivered, you can return the bike within 20 days (if unused and you are the original purchaser). You will receive a refund minus outgoing shipping fee and a 10% processing fee.

• Note: Before returning the purchase, contact Eminent Cycles for a Return authorization number (RA #).
• Note 2: The original purchaser is responsible for return shipping fee.
• Note 3: If special parts were requested outside of the website offering, no returns will be allowed.
